No. 385.

The Regulation made by the Governor in Council under the Emergency Regula- tions Ordinance, 1922, Ordinance No. 5 of 1922, dated the 22nd June, 1925, published in the Government Gazette of Tuesday, June 23rd, 1925, by Notification No. 368, is hereby repealed, so far as it relates to the nine banks mentioned by name in the Schedule thereto.

N.B.-Attention is directed to the first paragraph of Notification No. 368 which permits any bank to carry on its ordinary business under licence from the Colonial Secretary.
